Does your community day ever seem completely chaotic?  Kids running amuk, parents not overseeing their children, noisy classes, you get the picture! This seems like a culture of disorganization and not what we are trying to build! What is a co-op leader to do so you don’t end up with mentors ready to pull their hair out?  In today’s episode, we are going to give you some actionable ideas of ways you can build a culture of community where your families can thrive!

Episode 108: New Family Orientation: Top Things Not to Miss!

We are in the month of August which means it is countdown time! For most of us, our community year will begin either sometime this month, or early in September so we are in the time to gear up! I know how much I love a checklist so I can quickly work on details without worrying that I am missing something.  So today, we want to give you a list of things to make sure you communicate to your families in your orientation so you can start the year off in harmony with one another!  Get a pen and paper so you can write these down!
